NeoSignal is a frontier tech stack intelligence platform that provides scoring, comparison, and analysis of AI models, accelerators, cloud providers, and frameworks. Our service includes market signals, trend analysis, a stack builder tool, and an AI-powered chat feature.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
NeoSignal offers subscription plans with varying credit allocations. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. Credit purchases are non-refundable after use. NeoSignal reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NeoSignal for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our data without authorization
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the service
- Using the service to generate spam, malware, or harmful content
- Circumventing usage limits or credit restrictions
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of NeoSignal—including scoring methodologies, data visualizations, text, graphics, and software—are owned by NeoSignal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
NeoSignal's chat feature uses AI technology to generate responses. AI outputs may not always be accurate and may contain inaccuracies even when they appear detailed or specific. You should not rely on AI-generated content without independently verifying its accuracy. NeoSignal makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
8. Third-Party Services
NeoSignal integrates with third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, and AI service providers for chat functionality. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. NeoSignal is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
NeoSignal disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Scoring data, market signals, and analysis are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, or professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEOSIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
In no event shall NeoSignal's total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to NeoSignal in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeoSignal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Modifications to Terms
NeoSignal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Termination
NeoSignal may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
